General Information 

Castle of Dreams is a shawlette that is knitted sideways from end to end, encompassing a pretty mesh fabric with delicate fronds adorned by shiny beads, then finished off with a simple crochet edging. A satisfying knit that uses only one skein of fingering weight (4ply) yarn.

Notions

80 size 6.0 glass/metallic beads - approx. 15g in weight.

Finished size

73” (185cm) wide by 24” (60cm) deep at the centre of shawl.

Re-sizing: The pattern contains instructions to make the shawlette bigger. An additional skein of yarn will be required.

Tools

4mm (US 6) (or size required to get gauge) straight needles, or circular needles of 60cm (24”) or longer; 1 stitch marker; 0.75mm crochet bead hook; 3mm (US 2.5) crochet hook (or similar size) and a yarn needle for weaving in ends.
