Terrain Shawl - a modular knitted shawl using three stitch patterns that offer texture and visual appeal. These textures make the shawl warm and cosy, while the corrugated trim creates weight and added swish!

Stolen Stitches ‘Nua Worsted’ (60% Merino, 20% Yak, 20% Linen, 109 yds / 100 m per 1.76 oz / 50 g); colours:

MC: Drift Glass (9901); 8 skeins.

CC: Sea Veggies (9902); 2 skeins.

Approx. Yarn Used: MC: 842 yds / 770m; CC: 201 yds / 184 m.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS

US size 8 / 5 mm needles

1 pair of US size 6 / 4 mm DPNs for the Edging.

Always use a needle size that gives you the gauge listed, as every knitter’s gauge is unique.

Tapestry needle & measuring tape.

GAUGE

19 sts and 26 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette, with larger needle, blocked.
