General Information

Under Duress: A classic set-in sleeve V-neck pullover that is worked seamlessly from the top-down, with the sleeve caps integrally formed with the shoulders and neckline. The body and sleeves are worked by adding blocks of colour and slip-stitch ‘jagged edge’ patterning.

Sizing

Finished Bust Measurements: XS: 30.75” (78cm) / S: 35.75” (90.5cm) / M: 39” (99cm) / L: 44” (111.5cm) / 1XL: 47.25” (120cm) / 2XL: 51.5” (130.5cm) / 3XL: 54.75” (139cm).

Fitting

This sweater is designed to be worn relaxed, however to achieve a good fit around the shoulder area, it is advised that you take a measurement of your back width (aka “cross back”).

Optional waist shaping is included in the pattern and can be worked to follow the contours of your body for a more fitted appearance.

Sample Information

Dark Grey Sample -

Yarn: Plucky Trusty by The Plucky Knitter in ‘Lonesome Highway’ (C1- dark grey, 2 skeins), ‘Hi Ho Silver’ (C2- light grey, 1 skein), ‘Aramis’ (C3- blue, 1 skein) and ‘ Athos’ (C4- red, 1 skein). Size: Small/Medium (36”). Needles used: 5mm & 4.5mm. Gauge: 19 sts x 27 rows on larger needles. Modification: A bit of artistic license was taken with the Jagged Edge patterning!

Light Blue Sample -

Yarn: Cascade 220 SW in ‘Alaska Sky’ (C1- light blue, 3 skeins), ‘Winter White’ (C2- white, 1 skein), ‘Seafoam’ (C3- blue, 1 skein) and ‘Coral’ (C4- orange, 1 skein).
Size: Small/Medium (36”). Needles used: 4.5mm & 4mm. Gauge: 20 sts x 28.5 rows on larger needles.
Modification: Minor adjustments for waist shaping.
